Contacting the Service Department
For parts, service, and technical support you can contact our service department at 800-745-1373 between the hours of 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. Monday through Friday. Voice mail is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have your serial number and model number ready when you call. You may also e-mail your questions to us at service@scifit.com.

Warranty
SCIFIT products have a limited warranty of 3-years parts / 1-year labor. (U.S. & Canada only.) For the specific terms of SCIFIT product warranty, please refer to the operations manual or contact the SCIFIT service department. (The AC5000, AC5000M, and AC7000 include a 4-year warranty on the motor and controller.)
