Changes

Software

Return Policy

• Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in new condition.
• If items returned are not in new condition, no credit will be given.
• No returns after 30 days from date of delivery.
• No return of products will be accepted by SCIFIT without a return material authorization number (RMA No.), which will be issued at SCIFIT's discretion. You may obtain an RMA number by calling customer service at 800-745-1373, Monday – Friday, 7am-6pm CST.
• RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your RMA number.
• There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.
• Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses on returned, cancelled or refused items.
• If returned products are claimed to be defective, a complete written description of the nature of the defect must accompany all returned products.
• All items not eligible for return will be returned to the buyer, freight collect.
• If the return is a result of a SCIFIT error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping cost and no restocking fee will apply.
